Seen him before? Well, his name is Justin Bieber and he is just 15 years old. He is actually canadian but grew up in Stratford, Ontorio. He became famous when he entered Stratford Idol and came in second. He  now has a single called " One Time ". His album ' My World ' will be in stores on the 17th of November 2009.
